The DesignLights Consortium^® (DLC) has the responsibility to ensure that all products listed on the DLC Solid-State Lighting Qualified Products List (SSL QPL) meet all Technical Requirements, and that the data submitted to substantiate technical specifications is accurate and was conducted at an accredited laboratory appropriate for the performance being evaluated. 

The DLC was recently notified of inaccuracies in certain testing data reflected in reports issued by the Citizen Electronics Co., LTD laboratory.  Specifically, data was inaccurately reported in connection with certain laboratory tests known as ‘LM-80’ tests. 
 
A small number of products currently listed on the DLC SSL QPL may have submitted these inaccurate reports to qualify, and these products are being reviewed by the DLC at this time. 
 
The DLC is committed to ensuring the integrity and quality of the SSL QPL and is actively engaged with affected manufacturers to investigate and resolve this issue in a timely manner.  Upon review, products that cannot demonstrate they meet the Technical Requirements will be de-listed from the QPL.
